Thank you for doing your part to ensure every member has a safe and fun experience by following the Pool Rules listed below. This is your pool, take pride in it and take care of it.
1. Pool hours are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m, except Sundays when the pool closes at 10 pm. Anyone using the pool after hours will be considered trespassing. All trespassers will be prosecuted. Underwater lights must be used after dark at all times due to safety and insurance.
2. Music must be kept at a low volume at all times to not disturb our neighbors.
3. Everyone MUST lock gate upon entering and leaving the fenced area. DO NOT LET PEOPLE IN THE POOL AREA THAT DO NOT HAVE A KEY. All paying members of the pool have a key to the gate. It is prohibited to leave the gate open for guests or to leave your key hanging on the gate. If a member forgets their key, it is the expectation that the member will return home to get their key.
NO KEY - NO ENTRY - NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Children under age 14 MUST be accompanied by a member who is at least 18 years old.
5. No abusive language, running, horseplay, and or diving from the banisters or ladders. Non-swimming games are not permitted. Games must not disturb other members in the pool who are not participating. Only rubber or plastic toys may be brought into fenced are. No hard balls like footballs or volleyballs should be in the fenced area.
6. NO GLASS. Drinks may be brought into the fenced area in cans or plastic containers only. Even during a party, all food must be kept under the pavilion or at the picnic tables. NO FOOD MAY BE BROUGHT ON THE POOL DECK OR AROUND THE POOL AT ANY TIME.
7. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED ANY TIME ON THE POOL GROUNDS. DRUGS AND CHEWING TOBACCO ARE NOT PERMITTED. Cigarettes and Vaping are only allowed outside the fenced area.
8. Do not swing on, dive from, or sit on the rope across the pool. The rope is a warning to those who cannot swim that the water is deep. All persons must wear BATHING SUITS entering the pool. No floats or inner tubes are allowed when the pool is crowded.
9. No skateboards, pets, or vehicles (motorized or pedal powered) are allowed inside the fenced area. No motorized vehicles are allowed on the pool property, including the field.
10. All trash must be put in covered trash cans and restrooms must be kept neat and clean. Small children must be accompanied by an adult to the restrooms to help keep restrooms clean.
11. Only the pool maintenance person shall adjust pool equipment.
12. Guest Policy: Members may invite up to 4 guests. The member MUST accompany guests and is responsible for them. All Pool Rules apply to guests as well. Unchaperoned teenagers may not have more than TWO guests at any time. Members desiring to take a group to the pool must secure permission from the Treasurer and pay the required security deposit for a party. Anyone having an unscheduled party at the pool will be charged $ 100 for extra chemicals needed for the extra people using the pool.
Members will assume full risk and responsibility for injuries to themselves and guests while on pool property. Each individual member is liable for damage to the pool property done by themselves and / or their guests. The pool is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
